Our Story
Boggy Bay Farm is more than a farm — it’s a commitment to raising pork the way it was meant to be. On our land in Florida, our pigs live between forests, bogs, and open pastures, free to roam, root, and grow naturally.
We raise heritage breeds using regenerative practices, without confinement, antibiotics, or growth hormones. Everything we do is focused on soil health, animal welfare, and producing pork with real flavor and integrity.

HOW WE DO IT
Regenerative Rotation
We move pigs through forested paddocks and pasture so ground can rest and regrow. This rotation builds soil, spreads nutrients, and grows protein-rich forages for the next pass.
Freedom to Be Pigs
Rooting, wallowing, grazing, exploring, it’s daily life here. No concrete, no crates, no confinement. Ever. Happy pigs; happy tables!
Heritage Genetics
Hampshire, Old Spot, and Duroc deliver the slow growth, hardiness, and marbling we want. Outdoor life + time = richer pork.
Feed Philosophy
We pair forage with a carefully balanced, non-GMO emphasized grain ration along with organic mineral blends and natural botanicals. Our program is never static though, we’re constantly adjusting and minding seasonal considerations, their overall health and ever changing needs.
Water Philosophy
Boggy Bay water is sourced from naturally occurring springs and deep water wells found here on the farm. These springs feed the creeks, bogs and wallows found throughout their domain, always giving our pigs healthy, happy and stress-free habitat.
Processing Philosophy
USDA-inspected processing, clear labeling, and straightforward options: from individual cuts, bundles, or custom processed whole/half hogs to smoked products like hams, bacons and a wide selection of sausages.
